I had a great stay at this hotel with my friends. The room had all the basic necessities we needed, and the bed mattress was very comfortable. The location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was close to the ski lifts and town. The staff was super kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. This hotel in Bad Kleinkirchheim has exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location is perfect for anyone who loves skiing or snowboarding. It's within walking distance to the ski slopes and the Römerbad thermal spa, making it incredibly convenient. The staff at this hotel are not only super friendly and helpful, but also very professional. The cleanliness of the entire place, including the apartment, is really impressive. Another great feature is the dedicated room for storing skis and ski boots, which is extremely convenient. Additionally, while breakfast is not available, you can order fresh and delicious bread daily, and it even arrives warm. Lastly, I appreciated that you can purchase ski tickets at the reception desk, making it really easy to get started on the slopes.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was exceptional and I couldn't find any major areas for improvement.

It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance, from shops to restaurants. Secondly, I was impressed with the attention to detail in the rooms. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and had all the basic amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated the balcony, which provided a nice place to relax and enjoy the views. Finally, the staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure that my stay was enjoyable and made me feel welcome. this hotel offers great value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

Spent Easter in the mountains, and it was great! The view was stunning and walking distance from everything was a big plus. The balcony was perfect for enjoying the fresh air and sunshine. The bathroom was top-notch, and soundproof windows made for quiet nights. Plus, the town had everything we needed, including good restaurants and two spas.
The ski pass for kids above 6 was quite expensive, and there was only one ski lift for beginners. We were hoping to teach our kids to ski but ended up paying full price for a ticket. Also, parking was a bit of an issue for the house. It's five levels with no elevator, which made it tough to lug everything up and down. However, these minor complaints did not affect our overall enjoyment of the trip.

The staff was friendly and the location was good for skiing. the ski slopes were easily accessible and we liked that ski equipment could be stored in a special room. the apartment was clean and well-maintained.
Our new year's experience was less than ideal due to the poor Wifi connection. We had trouble connecting to the internet which caused issues when trying to make plans or stay in touch with friends and family.
